I didn't hear anything back yesterday about their decision hopefully Tuesday. God, I hate waiting make a decision so we don't have to twiddle our thumbs. In the meantime, I had a recruiter from Kelly Services talked to me about my job hunting told him almost two years of no full time offers (not including the previous job I had) and he said he wants to get the ball going to get me full time.

I heard that many of times by different recruiters. He was suppose to call me back yesterday but I haven't heard back he said he has a colleague who has a relationship with someone from the college district. If that's the case, pass on my resume to that point of contact told him ideally I'd want to stay within the education field.

I told him I am taking jobs that interest me on a first come, first serve basis as I'd like to move on with my life and further my career - I have now put in my two years with my current job definitely asking for a little bit more money and what I truly want. I am realizing or coming up with this idea, that once I go full time and gain more experience; later on when things are settled and financially available I'd like to be my own independent contractor/freelancer make my own pay and hours tired of this interviewing ****. However, right now, I am not that far in advance with my skills and experience to do that but that has been a thought for a long time.

Anyway, will keep everyone posted about what happens. I do have the manager's email maybe I could email him and see what's going on.
