I am sorry she did that to you. I think it's time for you to make new friends. In my own experience when you lose real life contact with your old friends they tend to carry on with their lives, making new friends and experiencing new things, making the gap between you two bigger driving you further apart. It's life. Don't take these things personally, it happens to everyone. Some people are just more sensitive to it.

P.S. regarding texts - I personally often miss calls and don't see texts early enough because I keep my phone lying around somewhere. People call me/text me very rarely, so I don't hold on to my phone. Maybe that girl is a little bit like that - you never know.
