That coworker is the same age of me and has an extensive hatred towards me, he somehow feels that I am better than him in something, he does everything like I do, he even buy anything he sees with me, he always wants to feel better than me (although he was promoted to a higher position than mine).
He always wants to feel more popular than me, he doesn't treat me nicely, he doesn't like to hear anyone talks well about me.

He has a pure inferiority complex, and always show defensive actions.

There are a lot more but I shortly mentioned the story.

What can I do, I always feel stressed, should I ignore him, or reply to his actions and furthermore arouse his inferiority complex.
