Hi Noctuary. So sorry you are not getting restful sleep. There was a time in my life I was incorrectly diagnosed with allergies and given allergy medication. It was the most fatigued depressing time of my life. I literally had the energy to shower and then I was exhausted the entire rest of the day. My fatigue went away about 2 1/2 weeks after stopping my allergy meds. Just an idea as I don't know your medication regime. Hope you find relief.
