Okay, so I've been reading that when I get in one of these bad states (like I had this weekend) I should talk to a friend. But what are you supposed to do when your friends vanish? It's maddening. I mean, I'm not saying I expect everyone I know to be sitting at home and/or be willing to drop whatever they're doing at a moment's notice to help me, but a lot of times all I want is someone to talk to, you know?
