I've had 21 Ts and I'm 29. That includes hypnotherapy, psychiatrists, eft etc. Regular Ts about 10 since age 14. I'm almost entirely convinced it makes life harder! Especially when a 50yr old one cheats on his wife and 2 kids with you and leaves you emotionally devastated at 23
