We have such weird demands on ourselves of today. We should think forward and plan our lives and become successes, on the other hand we should be "mindful" and live in the moment.

Or maybe they mean we should do the bad things worse, work for a goal and get rich so we can be mindful after that? LOL, I don't know.

I used to feel like I wasted time when I was just slacking at night doing what I like best, watch something really good and interesting like a documentary while eating my evening meal. I used to think that wasn't productive. But if I really liked it, why was it bad?

Think about things like working in a factory making money and producing dangerous junk food for example. People would think that was a good thing, because everything you make money from is good. But it's not even neutral, it is destructive to society.

So I'm very unsure of what is even good activities. Probably work and make money so you can drive a car that make you so sedentary so you have to pay going to the gym as well.
