You'd have to contact the customer service people who provide your email address. We keep sending the emails, but maybe their system are marking them as spam before they ever get to you. This could be because you've set yourself up to receive sometimes dozens of emails per day from our system, which a lot of email systems would now mark as spam (even when you asked to receive them).
