I am however lucky that my T has a reduced rate for carers (I am my daughter's Carer), and so it isn't making me as broke as it would do- but still, paying more than I can probably afford to be spending on me

I'm in exactly the same boat- the NHS won't help with my PTSD at all so I'm paying for help myself. My T is very kind and put me on a reduced rate, but I'm still struggling financially and am not sure how much more I can afford
