Is there any way you can move or look for work outside your area?

I don't do crappy pay I'm 2 yrs now I'm asking for more money. The only way to move is to have a real income I'm at the poverty line. I look for jobs in other cities especially where I live look further north also thinking further south where the money is at. I'm still applying within the college district for jobs slow as ****.
