So I think my depression is lifting but I can't manage to get out of bed and it got worse. Last night fell asleep around 9 pm and wanted to wake up at 4 to go to the gym. I woke up and hit snooze till I said f it and set an alarm for work (2nd job, which I love) that alarm went off and I said I can be late let me get more sleep. They called me and asked where I'm at a little after 9. I went in apologized profusely since I dint want to lose that job and was told it is a verbal warning don't let it happen again.
Why am I so much for sleep. I want to get in with my day and not sit around but once I'm in bed it is so hard to get out. Anyone had any experience like this? How did you overcome it?
