Why am I so much for sleep. I want to get in with my day and not sit around but once I'm in bed it is so hard to get out. Anyone had any experience like this? How did you overcome it?
I just got out of bed! I took my xanax and fell asleep. Woke up and continued to lie there. I would still be there if my husband hadn't called. I get it.
