I seem to have overworked my wrist recently and was wondering if anyone who suffers from carpel tunnel has pain not only in the wrist right under the palm of their hand, but also towards the outside of the arm, directly down from the pinky finger.

I'm icing and heating it, but man oh man it still hurts! Luckily, typing doesn't seem to bother it, but writing does. *sigh*
