Do they have that senior home rehab. project in California? They have something like it here, (although I haven't given you (because I don't know ) the correct name of the program), so I'm thinking that surely something similar to it is available in CA.?

The focus of the program is usually to fix heating, plumbing and roofs, etc., which sounds like it might be what you're looking for.

Maybe they would list it under senior housing, or...
