It's been a while since I've had carpal tunnel (I had it and tendonitis at the same time) but I don't think the pinky finger is attached to the same nerves as the rest of the hand so that would mean it isn't carpal tunnel?

I went into physiotherapy to "fix" it... I'll probably wander back the doctors again soon (because my hand feels like it's falling asleep again, one of the first symptoms)

I'd say go to your doctor to be sure, but it could be tendonitis or carpal tunnel (as I've noticed in my experience)
