Hello all,
This is something that has always bothered me about myself. I have never made eye contact during sex. When I was a child I was sexually abused and my way of getting through it was to close my eyes and "pretend it wasn't happening". Well years later I can honestly say I have never made eye contact with anyone I have been sexually active with. I'm close to turning thirty and I figure it's about time to change this. I don't have a sexual partner right now, but I want to resolve this issue before I do get romantically involved with anyone. Would anyone have any tips, advice, or links to assist with overcoming this obstacle? I haven't talked to my t about this yet, but I plan on bringing it up in our next session.
