So this has happened to me before and I'm understand that it's not rational or real, but for the past couple of days I've been feeling mildly paranoid when it comes to my phobia. It started a day or two ago and just after a work up. I've not been sleeping well the past couple of weeks so I've been very groggy in t the morning. Also I don't drink coffee anymore.
It's hard to explain because A) it's wild and unrealistic and B) i've felt these feelings before and I know they ware off.
So I'm asking if others have experienced this as well and what are your coping mechanisms for it.
