Sorry if this was already answered, but do you have to be out of work for a certain amount of time before they will even let you apply? Because I just lost my job TODAY. I was told by a case worker that I needed to go down to the office myself (like a 4 hr wait) because they help you answer questions in a certain way that help your case?
