Still bit dubious, as it depends more on your overall diet rather than just a single supplement & there are other factors that will play a role too.
AFAIK, the only real benefit to taking magnesium as far as stimulants are involved, is to relieve bruxism etc.
Quite common for people who drop MDMA to take magnesium for such purposes. Not that I'd know anything about that of course...

I've heard about people popping a few Prozacs on the come down to boost serotonin or taking some 5-HTP.
I think the magnesium works for tolerance personally when I lower my stimulant use. Therapeutic doses still work well.
I don't believe that there's such thing as tolerance if they are taken as prescribed which is what my first psychiatrist said. If I feel like taking too much, I take a couple sprays of nicotine like 10. I have overdone nicotine before when I first used it and that's not fun..
I think low pH like orange juice cleans it out quicker so people take baking soda when they take their stimulant.
Magnesium doesn't help me with bruxism or it does maybe. I think it's permanent but it's not that bad anymore.
