Continued untreated chronic pain has caused in me insomnia, bouts of depression, increased anxiety, mood swings, inability to function around the house like do simple chores or make meals. I am lucky that part of my overall SLE plan is to control the pain levels to a 4 or so so that many of those symptoms go away. There are high level pain days however (like today) that throw bumps in the road and bring esp. the anxiety back.

I move in 3 months and I worry about rebuilding my medical team and weather or not getting my pain levels will go as smoothly. I pray that they will but that is all I really can do for now.
