Thanks for comments, slept till noon and husband is trying to get me up and about, I've spent every day this week in bed. I did get up and make calls for support groups. No one seems to answer phones anymore just leave a message. I'm not suicidal but I've learned that sometimes that's the only way to get help, I've got a call into pdocs office I'll be lucky if they call back today
