Good luck with school. I remember how stressful that can be (especially if you're hard on yourself - which I was). Do you have something (healthy) that you can turn to instead of food when you start to feel stressed? Yoga, knitting, journaling, etc? Maybe try preoccupying yourself with something other than food when you start to feel stressed. I know I used my eating issues when I felt out of control - I had to remind myself that even though there is the perception of control when you are using food when everything around you is stressful and out of control, it is a falacy. You're actually more in control when you take part in healthy eating.
