Hello. I am not a professional in any way, and no one on here can diagnose you with anything. The professional who gave you Zoloft would be the best to talk to about this.
Anxiety seems like a main issue for me. Social anxiety, OCD? I don't know you at all, because I don't really know you and what you are like in general. Have you tried researching all the types of anxiety disorders with their symptoms? If not, you should, and if they have a symptoms list, print it, highlight what fits you, and show a mental health specialist this to get a formal diagnosis. Hope you find some information [emoji3].
