This is another resolution to get healthy with 1 BIG difference it comes from my own sincere desire and not everyone else telling me I need to get healthy. 2 snacks will be gluten free vegan protein powder shake with almond milk. That is just the beginning of the change to healthy but it going to be gluten free vegan diet as of all the diets I've tried this one had me feeling the best. Then after a month of the 2 shakes I'll figure out my vegan gluten free breakfast options for 2 months. Then vegan gluten free lunches for 2 months. Then vegan gluten free dinners for 2 months that will only be to get a good base of easy recipes then add from there. This way I don't shock my system and it's more of a lifestyle change than the typical diets are considered. Let's hope this works.
