I just found quaker oats steel cut microwave oatmeal in amazon prime pantry. I havent tried it yet - it came when i was already eating breakfast. But i do need to microwave my oatmeal or else i fall behind in dishwashing. I hope these are yummy steel cut!
I have mine with plain greek yogurt (not vegan) but also hemp seed (Soooo good!), nuts, dried fruit, coconut oil, and some weird sulphur salt. I like having something i call "my" breakfast. This is a fairly recent development.
I have a couple of lunches and dinners too. I look forward to seeing what you work up.
