Yeah I've been on a little over a month. I called hospital I was at and they said check back in for evaluation, I will wait unless it becomes unbearable, and keep trying to find a pdoc outside. My experience was less than desirable. Only in a depressed state would I go back. But I have been doing distraction. Mindfullness is in the beginning stages, and walls are my best friends
