So is this common or un common?

Well, if the fear is unrealistic, usually it is OCD, but feeling trapped sounds like agoraphobia. That is why people with agoraphobia get anxious say at a grocery store because they feel trapped inside the store and need to find an escape route basically to not feel trapped. Feeling trapped could relate to OCD if the reason you feel trapped because people who are bad are about to kill you in your mind, but don't exist. Really unrealistic. Or if feeling trapped in doing something you don't want to do. Personally I would say it's not a common one. The most common is checking/rechecking. Checking the OCD section may help too.
