Whenever your stress levels increase, anxiety symptoms will flare. That just seems to be the way it is with anxiety. But as soon as you feel it coming on, try to take some nice deep breaths and make an effort to slow yourself down. A little self-talk like "I need to chill right now" can go a long way. The process of getting to know how your nervous system works, can take awhile. Just connecting with others like this is such a,great thing. Keep moving through it!
