I'm the same. I know that realistically I only need to eat a small amount just to stop feeling hungry but I can't stop myself. I get to the point where I feel sick I've eaten that much and know there is no need for me to do this. But I do. I'm not as bad as I used to be I try and be conscious of what I'm doing, but I have odd days where I can't control myself.
