I took this for a long time. ambien CR 6.25 mg but had to go up to the highest dosage.
It was great, put me to sleep & kept me asleep.
No hangover the next day. I took it every night for years until I got used to it. Then, I switched to Ativan for sleep.

I'm thinking about asking my Dr for Ambien again. I haven't used it in quite a few years.
