I don't know what or who is to blame.
I was dizzy in the morning from Trazodone and asked for something different.
Pdoc recommended Ambien. Prescribed 10 mg to be cut in half, which I forgot to do.
Never told me to titrate down from the trazodone (150 mg). So I went cold turkey.
The few nights I took it, the sweats and tremors were something to see.
And the eating binges were spectacular. I was awake but stumbling against every wall.
Now I don't know if the Ambien was bad, the Pdoc is bad, or I'm not well.
Or all of the above.
