First off , if this works for you, I want to know you're making a commitment, so vm or pm me. Cool?
Rule 1. you can only weigh yourself every two weeks.
2.Must stop ingesting solids 3 hours before going to sleep.
3.Water , as many times as u think about water in a day, you must drink at least some water each time lol , no matter what!!!!!!!!
4. Exercise, I dont care if you do 5 freakin jumping jacks a day lol, but some type fat destruction wouldn't be a bad thing cause you'll pee out the broken down fat cells Cause You'll Be Drinking More Water Now, won't you?

I* lost 120lbs. in 12 , yes 12 months!!! I challenge all of you to it !!! Hug and thank me if you can do this ! Remember, i want to see a vm, if you're gonna start. Luv you folks ! Sad_dad2012
