I have downloaded Calm and found it helpful.
In the beginning you only "meditate" for about 6 minutes.
I've had trouble concentrating but the voice in the app reassures you that its all fine if you get distracted.
The first steps are free and then you have to pay a small fee (don't remember how much) if you want to use the next steps.
