It's sooo hard when your family don't understand you.

When you feel like this I urge you to phone your local crisis or suicide helpline, before you get to the end of yourself.

I have had so much help from UK's Samaritans, not just when I'm suicidal, but when I am they don't judge, just listen and help me calm down and, if possible find another perspective.

Keep reaching out, we need you here at the very least.

I truly hope you can stay as safe as possible.
