Thank you all so much, discharged today and home, feeling a little puney but better mentally. Upped Latuda dosage and added Busbar for anxiety and trileptal will stay the same. Banned from klonapin for obvious reasons. I was really desperate for help and inpatient went well. I'm checking into dbt sessions and a bipolar support group. I know the meds can't do all the work and its time for me to step up. Hugs
