Yeah, you have to go down and work your way back up if you miss 4? days. I know it's not many. I don't know if there are withdrawl effects but those should be about the same as whatever you may have felt going on. Brain zaps I was warned about and had about 2. Maybe some upset stomach (although they never were sure if I had that because of going off meds, starting new meds, or b/c I had a couple of migraines).

You're probably going to have to call your pdoc......sorry I don't have better news.
