I've had a major set back.. due to recent stessors in life.. and have started sugar binging once again... yes a disappointment.. great, great disappointment to me...

I had limited.. my binging to organic yogurt.. and been successfully controlling it.. but life happens I guess...

so 20 steps backward.. once again... no light at the end of the tunnel right now..

my asthma is way out of control too... all tied in I'm sure..
I'm up for 10 min.. down for 50.. Yippee.. the joys of life..
