Could be the Lexapro has "pooped out".
First step is to up the dose and see if that works.

You could try Celexa/ citalopram. It is exactly the same as Lexapro but it contains two isomers instead of one.

Fetzima - SSNRI
Brintellix - SSRI
Viibryd - SSRI

You might consider Wellbutrin which is in it's own class but if lexapro has worked probably try another SSRI first.
