Say the landlord, new bf, church leader, church peer, for example the new alters who are apart of my life as an extension of me and also who I deal with externally in the capacity that I stated above.. Reference, Kathy Brady website 20 types of dissociative splits, she speaks about splitting from external people, only where her and I disagree is that we're not exact copies, although I accept them as an extension of me knowing we are all a system. How much more do you let them in your life by actually talking with one of them about the past /current the other parts of you....How much is that necessary. ..I'm starting to think they only need to know they are apart of the system and not how I brush my teeth or where I bank at stuff like that or how old was I at first trauma....If they get that information on their own it's no my doing, but more, so behind the behind scenes, my system is calmer than it use to be...How important is it to keep boundaries? Does the relationship evolve as the external relationship evolves? Seems that way ...Is that how it suppose to be? Are should I handle it case by case depending on how irratating they can be, need to know basis....How do I counter the mind control programming that provokes externals in the rest of the system's business....If you all on here don't know external always seem like spy/reminder due to this type programming. ...If forces out Sheila or Argie when that is inappropriate to externals who don't have DID and are not in relationship with me...Sheila, don't wanna tell landlord that he talks too much and need therapy and here is why,,,Argie, don't wanna talk about mind control and tell people how to raise their childrennn.....External people talk and talk and talk begs for switches they will get their (Sheila and Argie) of talking but not their knowledge because I ve seem how that has back fired.....The cues the environment words gestures smells colors actions senses all of the above strategically linked to me so that switching happens assured to the point of flooding....Any thoughts advice???
