I have been under a lot of stress lately. A few days ago I started getting mouth ulcers. I gargled with hydrogen peroxide and solved the mouth ulcers, but now I am fighting off a flu virus apparently.

So, anyway, in the evenings I see people just out of the corner of my eye. For example, I kept seeing my grandmother in the next room. When I turn directly, I can see that I was seeing random clutter. Then when I look away, my grandmother is there again. I know it is simply an illusion, but it is a little unnerving.

I had a brief psychotic disorder several years ago, so I worry about a repeat.
