Yes, I actually see 3 t's. One is for EMDR, one for DID, one for support. It has been very helpful for me.
It was hard to talk some of them into my plan at first, but now they are all on board with it. A big concern was whether they would be stepping on each other's treatment plans, but with two I have goals set that are different (and the 3rd, my goal is to not need to see him) and we work on those goals. I currently see one twice a week and the others once per week, but at one point was seeing 2 twice per week.
