I'm just regular hypomanic today so I feel a little better. My husband helped me take my med last night so I got some sleep. My doctors said that they won't give me psych meds, so they'll just tell me to go to the ER if I get bad enough. Less than two weeks until I meet my pdoc I just need to keep it together for a little longer.
