I would suggest going to a pdoc to get tested for stuff. A lot of disorders overlap and depression, anxiety, and bipolar all have attention deficits aspects. If you go to a pdoc they can assess for everything and they could rule out or look deeper into different things. And don't worry about being too old. I was around 28 when I sought help from a pdoc because my gf forced me to. I was diagnosed as bipolar and it wasn't till this year (I'm now 33) have I been diagnosed with ADHD. They spent a year trying to decide if it was due to the bipolar or if it was truly ADHD. Plus, if nothing else, you can get medical and therapeutic relief for your symptoms, regardless of the diagnosis.
