As an update to my last post - I went out, to do my volunteering...and they had a fire alarm which meant of course I couldn't use the lifts and had to walk down two flights of stairs to go outside. It wasn't the most helpful thing that's happened!! I now plan on sleeping for a considerable amount of time!
