Is there anyone who is active in this section willing to answer unanswered posts?

We hate to see someone post and never get a reply. Especially if they are new.

Just look on the right column for 0's under replies.

It is our job as Community Liasons to do this but many of us are not comfortable answering in a section we have no experience with. This applies to other sections as well.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
