Have you looked into mindfulness and/or dbt?

I think that despite dbt being catered to borderline personality disorder it can be helpful with anxiety and helping with creating boundaries and letting go of crap.

I'm going to hopefully see someone to practice this again as I'm out of practice and getting more anxious more frequently.
