I don't know that we can help being paranoid. It is not something you "shouldn't" be. If you are you are.
You can combat it though. I can 100% promise you that not everyone hates you or thinks bad of you.
Knowing that the paranoia is causing thoughts that are not true can help. Keep telling yourself that those thoughts are lies. Not based on reality.
It's very hard to stop thinking like that and maybe impossible, but we don't have to believe the crazy stuff that rolls around in our heads.
