Some days when I'm really tired I rest in bed. I can't nap, if I try my mind just wanders everywhere and I don't feel any better. So I listen to some podcast and just try to relax and focus on it. I'm not trying to fall asleep, just having my mind shut off and listen makes me feel more rested.

Have you tried listening to something in bed? Music has never helped at all for me, makes me more restless, tv tempts me to watch and flip channels.
