Do you think you can be safe at home? Would you be seeing people and doing things if you did not go to the program?
I am glad you have decided not to run away.
It sounds like the way we all feel about places we 'have' to go to but sometimes just think we can't stand it anymore (a job, school, whatever it is we have to do....clean the house...)---maybe there is someone at the program you could talk with about the things you don't like. Are there things you do like about the program?
