Ok here are a few ideas you can try out...
Try distracting yourself with a funny movie
Write down whatever you feel or think
Draw. If you feel angry, write REALLY hard on the notebook, tear up some pages.
Turn on some music really loud and sing along LOUD with it
Ask someone to spend time with you (you don't have to say why)
Go to a public place, maybe the grocery store
Check out the distractions forum here or search the web for jokes
Eat some chocolate! yum!!
If you're sad or anxious, cuddle with a calm pet or teddy bear
Committ to not cutting tonight, and see if you still want to tommorrow: or if this seems too hard to do, committ to not cutting for an hour, then post and tell us how it's going BEFORE you allow yourself to consider cutting again.
